How we work

Five steps, from brief to delivery.

This is the process we publish and follow with every customer. It starts with a conversation about what you need and ends with documentation, shipping and after-sales support.

  1. 01Understand needs
  2. 02Propose & sample
  3. 03Order confirmation
  4. 04QA & updates
  5. 05Shipping & after-sales

The five steps

  1. Step 1 of 5: Understand needs

We align on specs, aesthetics, volumes, destination, and budget.

    What helps

Article codes or a reference fabric, colour targets, the end use, quantities per colour, the destination and your timing.

Navy, brown and light grey woven fabrics loosely draped together
  2. Step 2 of 5: Propose & sample

We suggest fabrics, send samples, and share pricing & terms.

    What helps

Telling us which Incoterm you prefer (EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF). We confirm the sample format and any courier cost before dispatch.

  3. Step 3 of 5: Order confirmation

PO/PI confirmed. We reserve stock or start production and share timing.

    Good to know

A PO is your purchase order; a PI is our proforma invoice. Together they confirm articles, colours, quantities, price and terms.

  4. Step 4 of 5: QA & updates

Batch checks and order status notes.

    What helps

Include any specific quality or test requirements in your brief at step 1.

Stacked woven swatches in sage, taupe, teal, olive, coral and ochre
  5. Step 5 of 5: Shipping & after-sales

    Documentation, shipping and after-sales support.

    What helps

Tell us which documents your import requires.

Short answers

Read the FAQ
How do I place an order?

We work in five steps: 1. we align on specs, aesthetics, volumes, destination and budget; 2. we suggest fabrics, send samples and share pricing and terms; 3. the PO/PI is confirmed, and we reserve stock or start production and share timing; 4. batch checks and order status notes; 5. documentation, shipping and after-sales support. How we work

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

On request. The MOQ depends on the article and the colours. Tell us the article, colours and quantity you need, and we include the MOQ in your quote.

What is the lead time?

On request. When your order is confirmed (PO/PI), we reserve stock or start production and share the timing with you.

Which Incoterms do you offer?

EXW, FOB, CFR (C&F) and CIF. Our guide Incoterms explained shows who pays for each step and where the risk passes.

What do samples cost?

That depends on the sample format and on where they are going. We confirm the sample format and any courier cost with you before we send anything.
